Box Office InfoThe ticket office is located on the east side of TOYOTA PARK. Parking is available in the TOYOTA PARK east parking lot on non-event days for easy access to buy tickets for upcoming events at the stadium. Please call (708) 594-7700 for more information or questions regarding events at TOYOTA PARK.Ticket Office Hours Monday thru Friday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Saturday and Sunday: Event days only, three hours prior to the start of the event. To order tickets by phone or inquire about availability, please call Ticketmaster at (312) 559-1212. Doors Open All concerts and special events Doors open 1 1/2 hours prior to the start of the event. *Subject to change For Chicago Fire and other games Doors open 1 1/2 hours prior to the start of the games Ticket Office Will Call Tickets ordered through Ticketmaster that are held for "Will Call" may be picked up beginning three hours prior to the event at the TOYOTA PARK Ticket Office. All Ticketmaster ordered tickets held at "Will Call" to be picked up must be in your name. You must have the credit card used to place the order, your confirmation number and a valid picture ID to pick up the tickets to ensure that tickets are given to the appropriate person. No tickets will be given to persons other than the name provided through Ticketmaster or Will Call without prior authorization. On-Sale Procedure The TOYOTA PARK Ticket Office will open at 10 am for all on-sales, and will operate under a first come, first served basis. Ticket Orders Same Day Ticket Orders Tickets are available through Ticketmaster phones and online until 3 hours prior to the event start time. Tickets are available at the TOYOTA PARK Ticket Office starting at 10 am Monday through Friday, and three hours prior to the event start time on Saturday and Sunday. The TOYOTA PARK Ticket Office will remain open to purchase tickets until one hour after the start of the event, or halftime of games. Method of Payment Cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. No personal checks are accepted the day of the event. The TOYOTA PARK Ticket Office does not offer refunds; all sales are final. Children's Tickets All children who have reached their second birthday require a ticket to gain admission to stadium events. All children who have not reached their second birthday do not require a ticket, but may not occupy a seat. The TOYOTA PARK Ticket Office reserves the right to change policy per event.
